About the Guest:
From childhood obesity and a family history of diabetes and heart disease, I turned my life around with the help of my older brother and a passion for fitness. 

After losing 30lbs in 12 weeks, I dreamed of becoming a personal trainer but feared financial instability. In 2007, a severe back injury left me in constant pain, but I refused to rely on medication and instead rehabilitated myself. 

I went on to become a top trainer with Canada's largest fitness brand, blending years of research, practical experience, and certifications.

Today, I mentor others, using my journey and advanced training systems to help clients transform their bodies and lives.
